New Bible studies now available to help Adventists share their faith

Nampa, Idaho (March 8, 2005) — New Bible study lessons by Gary Gibbs, associate director for the Hope Channel, have just been released from Pacific Press®. This full-color, complete message, fill-in-the-blank set of 26 lessons, called Prophecies of Hope, addresses Bible truths such as the Sabbath, health, death, and the second coming within a prophetic context.

“Because of the way the Prophecies of Hope Bible lessons are written, it will help people understand the relevance of the topics and eliminate objections while building conviction,” says Gibbs. The lessons also use a variety of charts, maps, and full-color artwork by well-known Adventist artists to illustrate points. Each lesson is on glossy, 8 1/2” by 11” paper and is hole-punched for use in a notebook.

The Prophecies of Hope Bible lessons are being used in conjunction with a new program of the same name hosted by Gibbs on the Hope Channel. This unique evangelistic series began airing in January on Sundays and Wednesdays so that the series could be used to give Bible studies in preparation for the NET 2005 series in March. The lessons can be used alone or in conjunction with the Prophecies of Hope TV series, soon available on DVD.

Priced at only US $5.99 for a 26-lesson set or US $10.99 for a package of 50 individual lessons, these easy-to-use Bible studies are perfect for either individuals or churches. The Prophecies of Hope Bible lessons are available to order through any local Adventist Book Center® or online at You can also order by calling toll-free (800) 765-6955.
